This is to bring to your notice that as security measure we have deleted private tickets that are a month older, from the priority ticket system in our site. Usually, credentials like site admin access or FTP access either shared via mail or through ticket systems are deleted once the support requests are resolved or closed. Also, please acknowledge as soon as the issues are resolved. So that we can close the ticket.
