QuickBooks is the popular accounting software package used by millions of companies around the world. Now you can integrate your J2Store powered online store with your quickbooks seamlessly.

Your customers, orders, transactions will be synchronized automatically to your quickbooks account.

NOTE: The app integrates only with the QuickBooks Online edition. If you have an offline edition, consider migrating to online and the migration is very smooth.

Auto-Synchronize Orders

As soon as an order is placed in your online store, it will be synchronized with your QuickBooks account. You do not need to manually create any records in your accounting page. The order data including the itemized data will be sent to quickbooks.

Sync Existing order and customer data

Do you already have hundreds of orders and customers in your online store?

No worries. The app has a synchronize option to send the existing order and customer data.

NOTE: This feature is a work-in-progress. The app will soon have the inventory between your online store and quickbooks. This might take us sometime before we could release it.

Customer data synchronization

The customer data including their address and email will be synchronized with your quickbooks account.

The app checks for duplicates before attempting to create the customers.

Mark transactions as paid

If you are accepting credit card payments, you would probably want to mark the invoices as paid immediately after they were created.

The app could do that automatically for you. You can choose an income account to create the payment-received transactions.

Manage Queues

The transactions are queued before being sent to quickbooks. So there is no performance overload or delays when customers make orders.

Even if the communication between quickbooks and your online store is interrupted, the transaction will be re-queued. You can also manage the transaction records in queue.

FAQ On Subscription for the app

NOTE: The following FAQ only applies for selected apps. At the moment, QuickBooks Online and Subscriptions & Memberships. It does NOT apply for J2Store PRO plans or any other apps unless specified otherwise.

  • What is a subscription?

    The QuickBooks Online App and the Subscriptions & Memberships app are purchased on an annual subscription basis.

    A subscription entitles you to one year of:

    • Priority support from our team of technical staff.
    • Updates that include new features, improvements and bug fixes

    Subscriptions are billed annually, and the cost to auto-renew is half of the subscription price.

    When a subscription renews, you’ll get all of the above for another year at a lower rate, just for being a loyal customer.

    The purchases made after April 2017, the subscription will be set to automatically renew. See cancellation section on how to cancel auto-renewals.

  • How much does it cost to renew my subscription?

    You can renew with a 50% discount, half of the subscription price.

    Coupon codes or other promotional discounts do not apply to renewals.

  • What happens when a subscription expires?

    If a subscription expires, you will lose access to the downloadable product, its updates and support.

    You can avoid this by making sure your subscription is auto-renewed.

  • Why do you have subscriptions for the apps?

    We made this change to better reflect what we want to provide our customers. Rather than a one-time purchase, we’re working to create an ongoing relationship with our customers, and felt that the term “subscription” better captured our intentions.

  • How do I disable / cancel auto-renewals?

    To disable automatic renewals for an app, please visit My Account -> My Downloads -> Subscriptions tab. Then click on the Cancel link.

  • How do subscription renewals work?

    Subscriptions are renewed automatically. You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time.

  • Do I need a subscription to use my product?

    If your subscription expires, you will still be able to use the app on your site. However, you will not be able to re-download the product, receive updates or get support.

  • How do I activate my subscription?

    Simply purchase the app. Upon successful purchase, your subscription will be activated.

    You can cancel the subscription anytime by going to My Account -> My Downloads -> My Subscriptions page.

    NOTE: J2Store PRO plans are NOT auto-renewed. They will have to be manually renewed.

  • Are auto-renewals enabled on my purchases?

    Only if you purchased the following apps:

    • QuickBooks Online
    • Subscriptions and Memberships

    You can review your renewal settings for these apps by visiting the Subscriptions tab in My Account -> My Downloads.

  • Will I be notified when my subscription is auto-renewed ?

    Yes. You will receive a notification and a receipt once you have been successfully charged.

  • Do I need to renew free products?

    Free products will be automatically renewed. So do not worry about it.
