The plugin implements a postal code based shipping method in J2Store. You can set shipping cost based on the postal code.

Let us say, you want to charge USD 10 for customers from the Postal code 95101 (San Jose), and USD 15 for those coming from 20601 (Maryland), then you can use this plugin.
