USPS Shipping Plugin Basic

It supports both domestic and international shipping rates.

IMPORTANT: You should set the Default Weight Class in Store Profile and make sure that you have entered the weight in your products and chosen the right weight class. You should have an active USPS webtools API account. The plugin can be downloaded FREE.
