You will get J2Store Pro version and priority support from the developers. And you can use our priority ticket system. Your tickets will be answered within 24 hours. If required, developers will visit your site and troubleshoot for you.

J2Store adds e-commerce feature to Joomla articles. It does not handle content, images, design, layout and styling. Joomla article manager handles all the above mentioned aspects. The Subscription enables you to receive support ONLY for J2Store features. No support will be given for Joomla articles, modules or plugins of a third party.

Licenses automatically renews. However, you can cancel the auto renewal at the My Downloads page. Your subscription will not renew and expire after your plan period. You can continue to use J2Store Pro as long as you require. But you wont be able to get updates to J2Store Pro after your subscription expires. If you wish, you can renew your subscription at any time and continue to receive updates.

Our developers will install J2Store and configure it in your website. They can set up tax and shipping as well.
They will also create a test product for your reference. However, they will NOT create all your products or carry out any such data entry work. The configuration will be done ONLY for existing features.

No, customisations and new feature requests are not included in the subscription. Support will be extended for existing features

Yes. You can cancel the subscription at anytime at your My Downloads page. You will retain access to plugin updates and support until your licence expires, one year after the purchase date.

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time after purchase. By cancelling, your licence will not renew automatically and will expire at the end of your plan period. Once expired you will no longer receive plugin updates, new features nor have access to support. You may renew your license at any time to reactivate your subscription.

It depends upon the plan. The Professional Plan license is valid for 6 months, while the Developer Plan is 1 year. License keys automatically renew after your plan period, although, you can easily cancel the auto renewal from the My Downloads section.
