Choosing default country in checkout

We are all about making it easy. Here's how you can make it easy for your customers to enter their address at checkout. If you know that a majority of your customers come from a particular region say the United Kingdom, you can set that country/zone as the default option at the checkout page. When the customer arrives at the checkout page, the country field will automatically display 'United Kingdom'. Your customers can of course choose any other country drop down menu as well.
